As Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) increasingly align their missions with sustainability goals, it has become essential to equip both administrative and academic staff with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks necessary to embed sustainability across all dimensions of university procedures and dimensions. Professional development plays a key role in this transition because it ensures that staff at all levels are not only aware of sustainability principles but are also capable of applying them in institutional operations and educational practices.

    The online platform offers structured modules on systems approaches, institutional culture, community engagement, sustainability in research and teaching, and simulation-based decision-making. Alongside core materials developed by project partners, participants will find supplementary content, case studies, and interactive models addressing real-world challenges. Whether you're working in curriculum design, operations, policy, or community outreach, this programme provides flexible, interdisciplinary tools to foster meaningful institutional change. All modules are accessible via Moodle, and participants are encouraged to explore the content, engage with the activities, and reflect on how sustainability can be embedded in their daily professional practices.
